My last post got deleted because of "bashing the police" so I will leave it out this time. I just didn't get to read any replies to it before it was nuked... Last night I was leaving a restaurant with a friend of mine. After about 2 miles driving down the road I see flashing lights in my rear view. I look down at my speedometer and it reads 49, I'm in a 45. So I pull over convinced they are stopping me because of my tint or Labree. No, these too smart ass cops come up on both sides of the Z shining their lights in. The cop comes up to my window and goes, "Why were you doing 60 in a 45?" I was about to flip, but I replied calmly, "I wasn't going 60.' He yells over my car to his partner, "Hey, he wasn't going 60" in a sarcastic/taunting tone. He then asks for my license and insurance like he's mad or something. I give it to the guy and he says across the car to his partner, "Oooo graduated driver's license". His partner is like , "Ouch, Bummer..." being all stupid. Then he is like "Helloo" all flirty sounding to the girl in my car. They go back to their cruiser, and he comes back 5 minutes later with a ticket! I say to him " I don't even get a say in this?" and before he can reply, his partner goes, "You can say what you want in court". I'm like what the fuck. They walk back to their car and I realize the stupid fuck didn't give me my insurance card back. So I had to signal him before he took off. I'm so damn pissed. I honestly was only going 49-50 mph. Even my friend was like I'll go to the court with you because you weren't speeding, I looked at your speedometer too. After I got the ticket I looked over it quick to see if there were any mistakes I could argue against in court. The only thing I can see is where it says "model" they put "2DSD" and where it looks like I should have signed the ticket, he wrote "served". I plan on going to court and bringin my friend along with me. I just want to know what I should do or say there since I have never done this.
